For readings -- you can book as often as you need it. Usually clients book 2 or 3 reading session a year.
For Chakra cleansing and balancing -- I would recommend at least once a month or once every second month. I offer discount for 5 sessions.
For hypnotherapy -- as needed. I also offer 1 year subscription services that will include healing, coaching, caunseling and reading.
